The last meeting of the Cocoa-Rockledge Pastors Fellowship was held on August 19th at the Cocoa First Assembly of God Church. There were 11 pastors in attendance, with several new pastors there. An updated Roster is attached. Much of the time was devoted to "fellowship" as planned. There was agreement that the pastors from Rockledge and Cocoa should merge together into one Pastors Fellowship for the area, and that it should be called "Cocoa-Rockledge Pastors Fellowship". We need to be thinking about plans for the upcoming year and be prepared to discuss a Community Thanksgiving Eve Service at our next meeting. It would also be good if we could visit a Rockledge City Council meeting, like some of us did with the Cocoa City Council.

The next meeting of the Cocoa-Rockledge Pastors Fellowship is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Thursday September 16, 2010 at Grace Fellowship Church on Murrell Road in Rockledge. It's at 3424 Murrell Road which is just south of the Rockledge Post Office, on the other side of the street. Hopefully we can continue to rotate meetings back and forth between Cocoa and Rockledge this year.

National Day of Prayer

We are happy to announce that we now have a Cocoa-Rockledge Pastors Fellowship.
Our purposes are to:

    1.   To engage in Christian fellowship beyond denominational lines.
    2. To be a collective and constructive influence in public morality and ethical concerns in the city of Cocoa.
    3. To be a spiritual resource for the leadership and citizens of the city of Cocoa.

2010w National Day of Prayer

The Cocoa-Rockledge Pastors Fellowship sponsored a Community Service for the National Day of Prayer at First Baptist. There were guests from the Cocoa-Rockledge city leadership, the Community College, and many Pastors from our local Churches. Over 300 people attended the Service, which ended in a very moving Altar call!!
